The 3.5 square mile Village of Rye Brook was recognized in 1982 as a seperate
community within the Town of Rye, which was settled in 1660. Comprised mainly

Border, adjacent to Greenwich, Connecticut. Employment within Rye Brook abounds,
as it is home to Kraft Foods, Altria Corporation and MCI International, as
